A tranquil round shallow harbour, surrounded by hills, it provides ships temporary harbour from storms and freshwater from the hills. It’s also known as a place for pirates and smugglers go to parlay and settle their disputes, hence its name. Some negotiations go better than others. The bay is frequented by a large number of sharks that follow boats into the harbour, trained to come by the feasts that sometimes await.
The shore of this harbour is a wide long beach that wraps around most of the bay. The island is uninhabited with no settlements on it. It is located only fives miles off the North coast of Grenvyrn Vale.
