Sewers of Scathmore – A very dirty DCC funnel

$6.99

A very, very, dirty zero-level funnel for Dungeon Crawl Classic.

You aren’t the hero. In fact, you’re a prisoner of the city of Scathmore sent to clean up the sewers. Why aren’t the gongfarmers taking care of it? No one knows and no one wants to take on the dirty job of finding out. You are chained to several other prisoners and sent into the feces laden sewers to do your duty.

Filled with mystery, traps, puns, and original sewer denizens, this one evening adventure will have your players sopping in filthy adventure. Survivors get an instant back-story for future gaming that leaves it open for the players to develop more if they want to! But if they don’t think strategically, find the clues to what really is going on in the sewers of Scathmore, a total party kill can easily happen. Sorry.

Playtested over and over, this tight adventure has been run at many cons, including GaryCon in 2024.

The art has the feel of old school modules with a lighter side (smile while the characters die off, it helps) while still being a dangerous and deadly adventure.

You’ve never had a dungeon crawl like this one.

What Players have to Say!

“Scathmore is a light-hearted and craftily designed sewer-crawl that is one part prison break and one part puzzle that potentially takes the characters from zero to hero in a single session.” – Scott Hadaller (psst, check out his blog at https://thewyrm.blogspot.com/

“Before there was the ‘Cloaca Maxima’, or ‘Garbage Compactor 3263827’, there were The Sewers of Scathmore. It takes cunning, bravery, and quick decision making to get through the very bowels of Scathmore alive. I had none of this. What I did have was my dead comrades arm. It proved to be an effective weapon, not as good as a three legged stool mind you, but it got the job done. Figuring out who to attack and who to befriend was the tricky part and the sewer itself puts you in situations you may not feel very comfortable with. Dropping your guard for a second could mean the very end of the party. Our group had a blast playing this adventure so hold your nose and jump in with both feet.” – Ron Salm

“When the $#!? hits the fun you’re probably in Scathmore. Sewers were not meant to be this much fun.” – Jim Buchanan
